Your GameChanger Data,
Finally Visualized

GameChanger tracks everything — but shows it as tables. Dugout turns those same exports into charts, trend lines, leaderboards, and an AI coach that tells you what the numbers actually mean.

Strike % — the one number that predicts everything

Most runs in youth baseball come from walks. GameChanger logs every pitch, but buries the strike percentage in a stats table. Dugout puts it front and center — a visual leaderboard with a 60% target line so you can see at a glance who's throwing strikes and who needs work.

Green bar = above target. Orange = developing. Every pitcher ranked, every game tracked.

📈 Season Trend Lines

See whether your team is actually improving

A win-loss record doesn't tell you if your team is trending up or down. Dugout tracks Strike%, OPS, and OBP game by game — plotted with win/loss context so you can see patterns your scorebook misses.

Is the pitching staff finding their command? Are hitters getting on base more as the season progresses? Now you can answer that in 3 seconds.

⚾ Batting Leaderboard

Stop ranking hitters by batting average

AVG is a lie at the youth level — it rewards bloop singles and punishes rockets caught by infielders. Dugout ranks hitters by Quality At-Bat % (QAB%) — the stat that captures walks, hard contact, full counts, and moving runners.

Coaches who switch to QAB% immediately see their lineup differently. The kids getting on base aren't always the ones with the highest averages.

⏱ Pitch Count Tracker

Never accidentally violate pitch count rules again

Little League pitch count rules are strict — and the consequences of missing them are serious. A violation can result in a forfeited game. GameChanger tracks pitches live, but doesn't calculate who's eligible to pitch Saturday.

Dugout does. Every boxscore upload recalculates rest requirements. Green means go. Orange means watch it. Grey means they need more days.

🤖 AI Coaching Features

Not just charts — an AI that knows your team

Visualizations show you what happened. Skipper, Dugout's AI coaching assistant, tells you what to do about it. Ask it anything about your team and get a real answer — powered by your actual GameChanger data.

⚾ Skipper — Your AI Bench Coach
Who should I start pitching Saturday against Benchmark?
Start Marcus Chen. He's your most reliable arm right now — 67.7% S% on the season and he's coming off 3 full rest days. His last two outings he threw strikes on 70%+ of pitches with only 1 BB each game.

Have Dylan Torres ready in relief. He's at 61% S% and fully rested.

Keep Owen Wilson available but monitor — he's at 68 pitches this week and hits 4-day rest territory at 66+. Don't start him unless you have to.

Lineup Recommendations

AI-generated batting order ranked by OBP and QAB% with tag-based reasoning — Plate Discipline, Contact Hitter, Speed at Top. Three coaching philosophy modes: OBP-first, contact-first, small-ball.

"Give me a lineup for tonight's game."

Opponent Scouting

Every boxscore you upload builds a scouting report on the opposing team — their batting tendencies, pitcher strike rates, and head-to-head history. Know what you're walking into before you write the lineup.

"What do we know about Benchmark's pitchers?"
📈

Player Development Insights

Ask Skipper which players are trending up or down, who's struggling with plate discipline, or which pitcher needs to work on first-pitch strikes. It reads your season data and gives you coaching priorities, not just stats.

"Which of my hitters has improved the most this month?"
⚙️

Pre-Game Prep

Before every game, ask Skipper for a complete pre-game brief — pitcher eligibility, opponent tendencies, suggested lineup, and any injury or rest flags to be aware of. Everything you need in one shot.

"Give me a pre-game brief for Saturday."
